Refund policy
At Crooked Christian, all sales are final. We do not generally accept returns or offer refunds, as each item is made and fulfilled with care.
However, we understand that unique situations may arise. If you believe there is an issue with your order — such as a defective item or incorrect shipment — please contact us within 7 days of delivery at CrookedChristian1999@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of your issue (including photos, if applicable).
We review these requests on a case-by-case basis, and reserve the right to approve or deny any return or refund at our discretion.
